In 2021, with consumer spends making a cautious return, most furniture retailers were focusing on short-term discounts and price-offs with shoppers, to drive immediate footfall and revenues.
For Home Centre, instead of price-based persuasion, we chose to build value-based persuasion, by uncovering its best kept secret – the many benefits of its modular solutions.
And showed shoppers how Home Centre’s modular furniture solutions, unlike other brands, allows its customers to adapt their furniture to the infinite possibilities of life, making Home Centre’s modular solutions no longer their best kept secret!
