In 2021, Emirates NBD needed to improve acquisitions for its profitable products to drive growth after a challenging 2020.
Through analysis of customers’ transactions data, we discovered wise customers who were making the most of the bank’s benefits.
So, we launched, “THE WISE ONES” - a disruptive and innovative data-driven marketing platform, integrating customer transaction data with edutaining content, inspiring people across the UAE to choose and live wisely.
Across marketing channels, through data-driven insights we celebrated wise customers and helped people make wiser choices through data-inspired edutaining content.
