SUMMARY
When acclaimed exhibit DAVID BOWIE IS ended its five-year world tour at the Brooklyn Museum, Spotify wanted create a complementary hyper-local experience for fans through immersive traditional media and content touch-points. Soho, the Manhattan neighborhood where Bowie lived for nearly two decades, was the perfect location for our execution: DAVID BOWIE IS HERE. The exhibit took over the Broadway-Lafayette subway station with a gallery-like celebration of his life in the city, featuring more than 40 unique pieces of content about the music icon’s life in the place he called home.
