SUMMARY

Hacer que una marca logre cambiar hábitos puede tomar años, pero no disponíamos de ese tiempo, necesitábamos ser asertivos con mensajes claros, pero segmentados a cada una de las necesidades de dos targets muy diferentes entre sí (jóvenes y adultos mayores). Necesitabamos poner de forma comprobable “el tiempo a favor de los usuarios” y no podía ser un simple mensaje, esto era una promesa que debía ser 100% medible y transferible al negocio.
