SUMMARY
The scratch card market was a mature market and lacking growth, which meant high operational costs. So, we set out to design a strategy that would increase scratch card sales while at the same time avoiding operational costs, through a digital transformation. With this, we designed an innovative way to promote digital scratch cards through a TV show, which managed to increase sales by 680%, thanks to the increase in digital sales that grew in 1,235%. We improved our market share from 45% to 88%, tripling the market.
