SUMMARY
EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum was a small museum in Dublin (Ireland) competing in a cluttered category against much more established and well known competitors like The Guinness Storehouse. But tourists increasingly want to get past the 'tourist traps' and experience the more authentic side to the country they're visiting. By positioning EPIC the best way to understand Ireland, we were able to stand out and boost visitor numbers.
