After years of successful product launches, Febreze faced a challenging 2014. The brand lacked innovation and its core products were under-performing. Febreze needed to create new urgency for people to freshen the air. So we created a new problem. Noseblind: the condition where people become acclimated to their homes odors until they can no longer notice them. Fearing they had gone Noseblind, people had a new reason to freshen the air. As the Noseblind solution, Febrezes core products $ share index grew 10 points in only two months.
