2019 Academy Program

The Academy is a two-part program that equips junior marketers with foundational knowledge and tools rooted in Effie’s method of measuring marketing effectiveness. 

The 2019 Effie Academy will kick-off with its in-person Co-Lab in New York City on February 11. The Co-Lab is a 4-day bootcamp bringing together a diverse group of junior marketers from major brands, startups, adtech, agencies, and media organizations to collaborate with industry leaders and each other.  Five weeks following the Co-Lab, participants will apply their learnings to an independent case study project relevant to their business.  Throughout the process, they will receive one-on-one mentorship from a network of senior-level marketers across brands, agencies, and media organizations.

What's included:
  • A curriculum rooted in the Effie methodology of driving effectiveness.
  • 4-day immersive training experience in NYC.
  • Participants will develop an independent marketing plan, specific to the business they currently work on. Assignments are due March 22, 2019.
  • Project work grounded in real, relevant business issues and cases across industries.
  • 1:1 mentorship with a c-suite executive and a network of marketers across brands, agencies, and media.
  • Invitation to the inaugural Effie Summit and the Effie United States Awards Gala cocktail hour on May 30th in NYC.
