Better Sleep for Better Days flipped an entire category by shifting the messaging from sleep to life’s memorable moments – bred out of historic partnership between Zzzquil and Walmart's desire to establish America’s sleep destination. While focusing on fun, rather than fears of dependency, this transition in messaging reversed the sales decline and Walmart’s market share drop while also enticing a surge of new buyers.
