Last year, sales after launch of our Smart watch for kids was below expectations because it targeted “concerned parents” niche. To give it another try, we decided to rather pitch the offer to kids instead of their parents. To reach kid’s attention, we changed product name to SMARTIĆ-SATIĆ. We subverted traditional kid's campaigns, creating a modern, catchy tune and music video with a choreography, highlighting true children’s interests. The end results were beyond amazing, overachieving KPI by far. We sold 12.360 devices in 2018. compared to 468 (2017).

Chinese Social Media Miracle: A 10 year work finished early. Ponzi Scheme, “Finding victims to leave the game” has infiltrated the social media through interaction among friends. Tencent decided to tackle this web epidemic. We initiated a game for users: in 3 minutes, you need to find a scapegoat. You can only choose between: Stranger or Friend.This triggered heated debate and explicit argument. We held a press release at the same time, by setting up high profit promises, to lure individuals to join. The truth is later revealed and 80% of the participants were lured to assume the role of a friendship killer. Invitation to join Tencent Security APP is later send out, a service that utilizes big data for fraud protection with regular update, turning a friend from victim into safe advocate.

La Televisión Ha Muerto
La televisión ha dominado por años la categoría del entretenimiento y ha sometido a los usuarios a seguir sus reglas: múltiples controles, facturas, instaladores y publicidad. Así que para lanzar Movistar Play, una aplicación que reúne canales de TV, series de internet y estrenos de cine, mientras nos libera de esas reglas, decidimos sentenciar a muerte al líder. Así nació “La televisión ha muerto”, una batalla entre un gigante y un pequeño retador que desató polémica en la categoría y permitió que el lanzamiento obtuviera grandes resultados.
