"My" changes everything
The category of current accounts is crowded and competitive. After the introduction of bank tax, free accounts become fiction. The challenge for ING is to redefine the category: change the perception of the account, from a product for daily transfers to the access platform for banking services. Without using the price argument. ING uses My ING - a new banking system and presents its’ functions as a help in managing finances and a mean to build confidence that "I know what I do". For our TG, Poles valuing independence, we use “mine” as a key word of the campaign and "My Changes Everything" as its axis.
