Pero en El Lagar entendimos que lo que de verdad puede asustarte, son algunas zonas de tu propia casa: apariciones que son en realidad manchas de humedad, ruidos extraños que vienen de bisagras sin mantenimiento o el pavor de que te jale la ducha. Para hacerles frente creamos: “Los CazaArreglos”, un nuevo grupo de especialistas paranormales, quienes además de ayudar al target a reparar sus daños, generaron ventas incrementales para la marca.

Sooper Dua-e-Shukr
Seasonal cycles create dips in consumption and sales, brands feel helpless about; and think of them as the order of nature. Sooper experienced such a natural dip during Ramadan, where people fast in day and the iftar meal is filled with traditional snacks, leaving little room for biscuit consumption. By identifying a potential consumption occasion with tea right after iftar and driving its relevance with Ramadan, Sooper was able to drive sales growth and reverse the seasonal sales dip successfully, increase usage and positively impacting brand health parameters.

Pampers for Paternity
On Father’s Day 2021, Pampers was determined to win the hearts and minds of fathers. Pampers became an advocate for paternity leave, creating a heartfelt DVC showcasing a father who misses out on childbirth due to work commitments. The campaign resonated with fathers and organizations alike, with appreciation from business leaders and consumers across the board. Pampers was able to arrest its decline in Modern Trade for the first time in 3 years and became the highest rated brand by consumers in September 2021.
