Connect and learn with a diverse peer group from across the industry during an immersive and interactive week together in NYC. The Effectiveness Academy is built around a rigorous curriculum, rooted in Effie’s Framework for Marketing Effectiveness, and featuring inspiring business leaders from the Effie network. Strategic and tactical experts ready to share their leadership mindsets , all complemented by mentored project work tied to live projects or specific business challenges. 

HOW IT WORKS:  

Learn to apply marketing effectiveness principles in real-time. The programme is thoughtfully curated to guide you through the Effie Framework, led by seasoned facilitators who bring deep expertise and passion to the learning experience. 

Format: in-person 

 Over four days, you’ll: 

  • gain expert insights through a masterclass in Effie’s Framework for Effectiveness. 
  • apply real-time learning through collaborative activities. 
  • engage with renowned industry speakers for actionable takeaways. 
  • build meaningful connections with cross-industry peers during networking sessions. 

In the eight weeks that follow, you’ll work independently on a personalised business case, unique to your company and professional goals, leveraging  learnings from the week with the support of an industry mentor.  

Upon successful completion of your independent project, you’ll earn the Effie Effectiveness Academy Certificate, a recognition of your commitment to creating measurable marketing impact.

The Effie Effectiveness Academy is geared towards those identified by their leadership as high performing marketers with 5-7 years of experience. Marketers of various disciplines and experience levels are welcome to apply.
Participants must successfully complete both the workshop and case project assignment to earn the Effie Effectiveness Academy Certificate. The enrollee must: 1) attend and actively participate in the 4-day (in-person) / 6-day (virtual) learning immersive module and 2) achieve a composite score of 80 or higher on their case project or receive PASS recommendations from the mentors, who evaluated the work.
The workshop kicks off with immersive learning sessions over 4 days. During the following 8 weeks, participants will apply their learnings to an independent marketing project relevant to their business, with support from Effie Academy Mentors.

After the 4-day intensive workshop, participants will apply their learnings to an independent marketing project relevant to their business, with support from Effie Academy Mentors.

Marketinški projekti moraju se odnositi na trenutni profesionalni rad sudionika. Na primjer, lansiranje novog proizvoda, narušavanje kategorije, ponovno pokretanje marke, program vjernosti, plan zadržavanja kupaca ili bilo koja marketinška inicijativa.

Nakon što je projekt slučaja prijavljen, ocjenjuju ga najmanje tri mentora kako bi se utvrdila prihvatljivost za certifikat. Mentori također daju konstruktivne povratne informacije o radu.
