SUMMARY
People were losing faith in Metrolinx’s ability to deliver on its mandate - to “build a world-class transit system” - because they couldn’t see the benefits.
So we launched a campaign – “More than Transit” – that showed people the personal benefits of better transit: more date nights, more access to homes, etc.
As a result, people were more aware of Metrolinx (+48%), increasingly believed Metrolinx was fulfilling its mandate (+8%), and visited the website more (+67%).
