SUMMARY
At Christmas, when all grocery retailers are trying to communicate with families, IGA delved into how their needs change over the holiday season. The truth is, at first, families need help stocking up, and by the end, they need help embracing the spirit of Christmas. In leveraging the idea of food as a gift that keeps on giving, IGA crafted a consumer-centric campaign that evolved with the needs of Quebec families. Through promotions and a compelling story, IGA gave a taste for cooking to generations of Quebecers.
