Subway’s was fighting an increasingly intense battle against a slew of bigger, newer or hipper QSR options. On one
day however, that all changed. A data driven idea teamed with humanitarian brand purpose led promotion,
successfully put the brand first as the ‘must go to’ lunch run.
This unique ‘one day only’ campaign created the highest single sales day in the brand’s history globally – with index
increases for traffic and sales for Subway Australia.
