SUMMARY
The new MyMcDonald’s Rewards Program presented an opportunity to further accelerate app adoption, app usage, and increase digital market share market share in highly competitive vertical. We leveraged data-driven processes to understand our audience and determine who we needed to target to achieve a 20% growth of our App userbase. Media tactics were heavily underpinned by data, from channel selection to activation. This helped ensure a highly successful launch, increase active users by 96% during window vs in-going period, and resulted in a 30% growth YoY.
