SUMMARY
Unlearning bias can only begin when society is aware of their unconscious thoughts, comments and behaviours and how microaggressions negatively impact peoples’ daily lives. In Canada alone, The Micropedia has been adopted by at least 19 large scale organizations reaching over 270,000 employees and students. Not only have we raised awareness of this often-invisible issue, we’ve helped to create safer and more inclusive schools, workplaces, and everyday interactions.
