The real estate industry is ever-changing and with each year comes new marketing challenges. With the rise of DIY (Do-it-Yourself) culture, anti-commission competitors entering the market, and unpredictable external factors like housing costs and government changes, we needed to find a way to highlight the value of a REALTOR® to consumers and more importantly, convince them to use one. So, we created a campaign showing Canadians the pitfalls of going at it alone and how a REALTOR® can protect you from regretting the biggest transaction of your life.
