Effie Awards Ecuador Announces 2025 Winners

On Thursday, October 2, 2025, the 22nd edition of Effie Awards Ecuador took place at the Hilton Colón Hotel in Guayaquil. The event honored and celebrated the most effective marketing and communication campaigns in the country.

The awards ceremony brought together more than 650 representatives from agencies, advertisers, media and brands, who came together to find out who the winners would be and which campaigns would be honored that evening.

In total, 55 trophies were awarded: 1 Grand Effie, 7 Gold Effie, 25 Silver Effie and 22 Bronze Effie.

The Grand Effie, the highest recognition that honors the most effective campaign of the year, was granted by the Grand Jury to Burger King and its agency BBA for the campaign “Community King.

The participating campaigns were rigorously reviewed and evaluated by a jury of around 300 professionals from the fields of marketing, communication, media and academia over two judging rounds.

In addition, at Effie College Ecuador 2025, the tenth edition of the competition in which more than 400 students from various universities participated, the winning teams were recognized for their proposals developed in response to real briefs presented by the marketing departments of Latam Airlines, Toni Mix i Real.

Present in more than 50 countries, the Effie Awards have become the global benchmark for marketing effectiveness. In Ecuador, this award has established itself as a key meeting point for the industry—highlighting ideas that work, drive business results and connect with audiences—while serving as a platform that inspires the next generation of effective campaigns.
